By accessing or using Teamyo services, operated by SparkSoft ("we", "our", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description
Teamyo is an absence and holiday management platform that enables organisations to manage holiday requests, track absences, and facilitate approval workflows.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must have an account created by your organisation. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Attempting to access unauthorised areas or features
- Transmitting viruses or malicious code
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and design are the property of SparkSoft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without express authorisation.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
